Many handrails popped up online but only the Genico handrail had the quality and sophistication we felt the house deserved.  Now that it is installed, we are very pleased with how it fit in with our aesthetic. 

The website user interface for selecting design, color, finish and sizing was simple, inviting and reassuring during the order process and the follow up customer service was exceptional. The installation kit was thorough and used to the fullest by our carpenters who followed the provided instructions, exactly.                       The Genico designers, fabricators, staff and shippers all deserve some extra recognition for their excellent service.
